In a statement on the opening, Standard Profil CEO Turhan Semizer emphasized that SP Mexico was completed in the short span of nine months, and added: “With the latest investment in Mexico, Standard Profil now engages in production in seven countries across four continents, and it is now the second largest producer in Europe with more than 20% market share in its sector. We intend to achieve the same level of success in America with Standard Profil Mexico, a significant step in the globalization of our production.” Semizer stated his confidence in achieving this goal with the support of Standard Profil Mexico family.
Semizer also noted that the power and competitive edge of Standard Profil Mexico would boost their competitive presence in the American market, and added: “Our Mexican factory is equipped with cutting-edge technology and has already started production for automotive giants. It will continue to grow further with new customers and projects.”
