Hood seal
Hood seals act as a barrier between the car body and cowl to prevent water and dust leakage in difficult working and environmental conditions.

Trunk seal
Trunk seals form a barrier between the car body and trunk. The complex geometry of many trunks demands expertise in working with a wide range of metal carriers to ensure a precise fit, every time.

Rocker panel seal
The primary function of rocker panel seals is to prevent ingress of dust and water into the cabin from the panel below the door. They are positioned on the car door or body depending on customer requirements.

Windshield seal
These seals secure the windshield while limiting wind noise and optimizing aerodynamics.

Waist Belts
Waist belts are multi-functional; they prevent entry of dust and water, clean the car windows and keep the window glass in a balanced position during movement. Outer waist belts are visible and can add to vehicle aesthetics considerably. At Standard Profil we take great care to meet customer expectations including the use of lamination to create black, chrome and other effects.

GRC
Glass run channels guide the movement of windows, smoothly and silently. The smooth action is made possible by conventional flock coating and increasingly, more environmentally friendly solutions such as flock / PE tape or co-extrusions.

Body mounted seal / door mounted seal
The primary function of body mounted seals is to provide water and sound proofing between the door and vehicle body. Since these seals are highly visible they need to have a high quality visual appearance and also allow doors to be closed with minimal effort. Our EPDM formulation and FEA capabilites complement each other to produce outstanding body and door mounted seals.
