Our Research and Development team develops new recipes and low cost rubber mixtures in our Duzce laboratory using the latest high-tech equipment. We constantly benchmark and analyze competitive products and develop new recipes using our laboratory mixer. We evaluate compound and products utilizing a range of physical, chemical, functional and conditioning tests.

Our laboratory equipment includes an FTIR, a spectroscope used for chemical analysis, a TGA tester used for thermal and chemical analysis, a Xenon Weatherometer used for environmental tests and a Rheometer as well as a Viscometer both used for determining rubber characteristics.
