Our in-house tool shop operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week employing 110 people and utilizing 3 CNC machines, 3 WEDM and CAM software. This unique resource enables us to design and manufacture all extrusion dies in-house and, even during busy periods, to design and manufacture at least 90% of all injection moulds in-house. We are able to change and modify tools at short notice to meet changes in customer requirements.

The co-location of product and mould designers and dedicated trial production facilities available 24/7 is the foundation that makes it possible for us to produce prototypes more quickly than any other sealing system manufacturer and also to provide state of the art engineering solutions even during the launch of high volume vehicles.This capability creates a significant competitive advantage for Standard Profil and is highly beneficial for our customers.
