Finishing operations require an effective combination of appropriate technology and highly skilled operators with very high levels of manual dexterity. In Düzce we have over 300 EPDM and TPE injection presses, cutting and notching tools and complex transfer machines.

Most of the equipment used in finishing is designed in-house; some is manufactured in-house and the remainder locally or in Europe. The finishing operations in Bulgaria and Bursa are based on the same technologies as the Düzce capability.
