Orders are received online, via EDI connections from our customers all over the world. We ship to 45 different locations spread over 5 continents. Every transaction inside our plant, including stocking, internal transfers, parts picking, labeling and shipping, is initiated and recorded electronically in our ERP system, Mapics. We also use Mapics to support effective resource utilization and output maximization.

We stock finished and semi-finished products in our 7000 m2 warehouse in Duzce. Finished products are dispatched directly to customers and semi-finished products to the satellite finishing plants in Bulgaria and Bursa.
