Training and Development
We want all new colleagues to contribute to our business success as soon as possible and build their contribution year on year. The first step is a two day induction programme, completed by all new employees. The second step is the design and delivery of a focused orientation based on job demands. Our training and development initiatives enable individuals and teams to be fully capable of meeting our current and changing business goals and objectives. Capability does not stand still. We evaluate the training and performance development needs of each employee at least once a year. We believe that a business focused approach to constantly improving the capabilities our people is crucial for our continued success.
