Standard Profil is looking for a quality engineer to be based in Bursa, Turkey. The successful candidate will ensure that Standard Profil’s products are fit for purpose and satisfy customer requirements in every regard.  He/she will monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and produce data and reports on performance, in relation to agreed metrics and indicators.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering),
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience,
  • Advanced level of English and German ,
  • Experienced in  ISO/TS 16949 Quality management system,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Results oriented, excellent analytical thinking skills and be self-motivated,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • No military obligation for male candidates and
  • Be located in or willing to re-locate to Bursa.

Job Description:

The job holder will be responsible for the following activities;

  • Regular auditing of manufacturing processes and products of relevant customers,
  • Analysis of customer complaints, implementation of corrective and preventive actions and preparation of 8D reports,
  • Follow-up, evaluate and report key performance criteria such as productivity, lost time, scrap, internal and external  ppm to  support the continuous improvement  of the quality of products and processes and
  • Regular visits to customer plants.
